Durgol swiss espresso is specially developed for use in modern high-quality coffee machines (i.e. closed systems). Durgol swiss espresso produces less foam than durgol universal. The scale is easily and quickly removed while the liquid (durgol&water) runs through the machine. In narrow pipes and valves, it is important to limit the amount of foam generated.
