In our cozy tasting room, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea, a snack, and, naturally, a pleasant chat.

We are also the right place for organizing events. Think of a workshop or promoting your own small business. Anything is possible, and we are happy to think along with you to make it something special.

Barista Workshops – Discover, learn & taste

Do you want to learn more about coffee and get started as a barista yourself? During our workshops, you will learn the basics and, above all, get hands-on experience. Choose the workshop that suits you best.

Every workshop begins with a brief explanation of coffee beans:

• From coffee plant to roasted bean
• Different processing methods and roasting
• The influence of this on the flavor

After that, we get down to practical work.

1 | Espresso Workshop – The foundation of everything

• Adjusting the grinder and machine
• Extraction time, dosage, and grind size
• Brewing a good espresso yourself

2 | Latte Art Workshop – Flavor and presentation

• Espresso as a base
• Frothing milk to the right texture
• Practicing hearts, rosettas, and tulips
• Working with various tools for latte art

Minimum 2 – maximum 6 people

3 | Brewing Methods Workshop – Slow coffee

• Introduction to methods such as V60, Chemex, and French Press
• Different grind sizes and extraction times
• Tasting and comparing different brewing methods
