Refund policy
For every online order, a 14-day withdrawal period applies to return the product without giving reasons, commencing on the day of receipt of the product by or on behalf of the addressee. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product to us within 14 days.
The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. Machines must be returned unused and in their original packaging. A machine that has been put into use — even if this was a one-off — is considered used and cannot be returned.
Have you placed an order that has not yet been shipped? You can cancel it via your customer account at account.kaldi.nl — log in, go to your order and select 'Cancel'. You can also send an email to info@kaldi.nl . After cancellation, you will receive the full amount back within 14 days.
Have you received the order and do you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal? You can then exercise your right of withdrawal digitally via your customer account at account.kaldi.nl. Log in, go to your order and select 'Request return'. Or send an email with your order number to info@kaldi.nl to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Kaldi will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Kaldi for the returned product, without undue delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies Kaldi of the withdrawal. Unless Kaldi offers to collect the product itself, Kaldi may wait to issue a refund until it has received the product. Kaldi will use the same payment method for the refund that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Return shipping costs for the order are at your own expense. We recommend that you return machines and valuable items insured.
