Kenya
A bright coffee with a distinct and layered profile.
In espresso, notes of guava and fresh citrus emerge, followed by dark chocolate with a high cocoa percentage.
As a cappuccino, the character becomes softer and creamier, with a sweet impression reminiscent of vanilla ice cream.
In americano, the citrus notes remain clear, complemented by brown sugar and a subtle umami nuance reminiscent of tomato juice.
The acidity is round and lively. The sweetness is fully present and balances the firm bitterness. Thanks to its full body and high complexity, this coffee has a distinct but controlled character.
