Papua New Guinea

Papua New Guinea

Papua New Guinea

A robust, spicy coffee with a powerful profile.

In espresso, notes of nutmeg and pepper emerge, complemented by malty and grainy accents.

As a cappuccino, the coffee holds up well with milk, creating a balanced whole.

In an Americano, the grain notes are more pronounced, along with dark chocolate and a slight, subtly ashy nuance.

Acidity is present but relatively restrained, giving more emphasis to bitterness. Sweetness remains modest, contributing to a robust and distinct character. With a medium to full body, this is a spicy coffee with clear bitters and a firm structure.
