        Spoel het filterpapier met heet water om papiersmaak te verwijderen en de dripper voor te verwarmen.

        0:00 – 0:45 - Bloom
        Giet tot 150 gram water.

        1:00 – 1:45
        Giet verder tot 250 gram.

        Totale zettijd: ± 2:30 minuten

        Watertemperatuur: 96°C
        Maalgraad: Fijn (poederachtig)
        Koffie: 19 gram
        Extractie: 40 ml
        Totale extractietijd: ± 22 seconden

        Zetinstructies

        Voorbereiding
        Maal 19 gram koffie fijn
        Verdeel gelijkmatig in de filterdrager en tamp stevig en recht.

        Extractie
        Start direct de extractie.
        Streef naar 40 ml espresso in ongeveer 22 seconden.

        French press

        Watertemperatuur: 95°C
        Breng water aan de kook (100°C) en laat 30 seconden afkoelen.

        Maalgraad: Grof  
        Koffie: 30 gram
        Water: 500 ml
        Totale zettijd: 8:00 minuten

        Zetinstructies

        Stap 1 – Voorbereiding
        Plaats de French Press op een weegschaal en tareer.
        Voeg 30 gram grof gemalen koffie toe. 

        Stap 2 – Opzetten
        Giet water op tot 500 gram.
        Roer kort door zodat alle koffie verzadigd is.

        Stap 3 – Extractie
        Laat 8 minuten trekken. 

        Stap 4 – Serveren
        Druk de plunger langzaam naar beneden en serveer direct.
