Description
An expressive coffee with a slightly wine-like character.
In espresso, notes of raisin and blueberry emerge, combined with a slightly fermenting, almost alcoholic impression and high-percentage cocoa.
As a cappuccino, the coffee develops rounded and creamy, with a flavour reminiscent of Baileys.
In americano, the raisin notes remain recognizable, while the slightly alcoholic character subtly resonates and the cocoa softens into the background.
The acidity is vibrant and adds tension to the overall experience. Bitterness and sweetness are moderately present, allowing the wine-like notes to come forward a little more. With a medium to full body and limited complexity, this is a distinct yet straightforward flavour profile.
