        Benefits of herbal tea

It strengthens your resistance, promotes fluid intake and contains no caffeine or tannic acid. Perfect for a soothing bedtime drink, especially for people who are sensitive to these substances.

        Steeping tea

        • 2-3 grams per 200 ml

        • Water at 95-100°C

        • Steep for 5-10 min.

        Loose tea?

        Don't forget your tea filter.

        This tea tea is a loose tea. This means that the tea is not packed in a tea bag, but is packaged as loose leaves. Therefore, use a paper tea filter or a reusable tea filter to properly brew tea.

        Tips for opening and storing tea

        The tea comes in a tea bag, enclosed in a box. Once the tea bag is removed from the box, you can't put it back in.
        That's why we share our tips for opening and storing the tea:

        • Open the cardboard box and lift the bag a little
        • Cut off a corner of the bag or cut off the entire top edge
        • Remove the required tea from the bag
        • Fold/roll the bag down a bit or use a clip
        • Put the bag back and close the box

        This way you can store the tea properly.
