Kaldi Franchisees of the Year 2018

Kaldi Gouda and Kaldi Mobiel Heerhugowaard have been named 'Franchisee of the Year 2018'! This title shows that the franchisees excel in several areas and are appreciated for their enthusiasm and hard work.

Last Sunday, Kaldi held its annual New Year's gathering for all franchisees. This is where the 'Franchisees of the Year 2018' were announced. The winners of this prestigious title proudly accepted the challenge trophies and certificates and received a nice gift voucher.

Kaldi Gouda

Bob Houkes of Kaldi Gouda won the title of Franchisee of the Year 2018. For 12 years, Bob has been embodying Kaldi's DNA in all its facets. He performs well in the sale of all Kaldi elements. Not only in the sale of coffee, but also in tea, brewing systems, accessories, and confectionery. As in any relationship, it hasn't always been smooth sailing; things sometimes got tricky between Bob and the franchisor Kaldi. It is to Bob's credit that he has always prioritized the success of the formula. Hans Tietema, owner of Kaldi: "At Kaldi, you don't always have to agree with each other. Often discussions lead to improvement. As long as you both have the goal of making the formula a success. I appreciate how professionally Bob has always conducted himself."

Kaldi Mobiel Heerhugowaard

Robert Blom of Kaldi Mobiel Heerhugowaard won the title of Franchisee of the Year 2018 in the mobile category. He passionately makes the most delicious espressos and cappuccinos at corporate events and festivals. In addition to Kaldi Mobiel, Robert also owns ice cream parlor Senza, allowing him to offer a beautiful and wide range of products. Just like his other Kaldi Mobiel colleagues, Robert not only operates in the Heerhugowaard region but is available for assignments from all over the country.
